Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order, contact us at thepeptidelounge@thepeptidelounge.co.uk as soon as possible and include your order number. We will try to stop an order that has not yet been processed or dispatched, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
If your order has been dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel within 14 days of receiving it, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory cancellation or refund rights.
