Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email thepeptidelounge@thepeptidelounge.co.uk with your order number. You then have a further 14 days from telling us to send the products back.
Unopened products
Products must be returned unopened, with their seals intact and in their original packaging. Because products are supplied sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons, they cannot be returned once a seal has been broken, unless they are faulty or not what you ordered.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or a product is faulty or not what you ordered, do not open or use it. Email thepeptidelounge@thepeptidelounge.co.uk as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, the batch number on the label and photographs. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 include a full refund if you reject a faulty product within 30 days of delivery.
How to return a product
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and instructions; please do not send products to our registered office. Keep proof of postage until your refund has been made.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the products back, or of agreeing a refund for a damaged, faulty or incorrect order, to the payment method you used. As orders are paid by bank transfer, we may ask you to confirm the bank account for the refund. We will never ask for passwords or full payment details by email.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See also our Order Cancellation Policy.
