Payment Information

1. Payment methods

We accept payment by bank transfer. All payments are taken in pounds sterling (GBP).

After you place your order, your order page shows our bank details, the total to pay and your payment reference, which is your order number (for example TPL-000123). Please pay the exact total and use that reference, so that we can match your payment to your order. Your order is dispatched once the payment has cleared.

2. When orders are dispatched

Orders may not be dispatched until payment has cleared. If we cannot accept or supply your order, we will arrange any refund that is due.

3. Refunds

Refunds, where approved or legally due, will normally be made using the original payment method where possible. Bank-transfer refunds may require confirmation of the appropriate account details. We will not ask customers to send passwords or full payment credentials by email.

4. Checks and declarations

Before an order is completed, you will be asked to confirm that you accept our Terms & Conditions and have read the Research-Use Disclaimer. We may carry out checks to prevent fraud and confirm eligibility.
