1. About these terms

2. Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the purchasing functions of this website. You must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes. The age gate is not a substitute for any additional eligibility or regulatory requirements that may apply.

We accept payment by bank transfer. Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared.

Delivery arrangements are described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Dispatch and carrier estimates are targets unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

7. Returns, cancellation and statutory rights

Please consult the Returns & Refunds Policy and Order Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
